Family Wellness Lab

All families are welcome: moms, dads, grandparents and kids. The stations are designed for children roughly ages 3 and up, and parents attend a 45-minute wellness class of their own. Babies and toddlers (0–2) are free and welcome to tag along.

Adults (13+) are $10, kids (3+) are $5, and ages 0–2 are free. Reserve your spots on Luma, space is limited to 50 guests.

We kick off with a fun connection activity led by Claudia, where families meet someone new. Then Erica Lucas leads a 45-minute wellness class for parents while the kids play, interact and connect with other kids. Kids then grab their Wellness Passport and make their way through the interactive wellness stations, and after collecting their passport stamps, families finish with a special Roller Bottle Make & Take to bring home.

You’ll do the connection activity and explore the stations together as a family, and during the 45-minute parent class the kids will play, interact and connect with other kids. Our team will be there to help the little ones the whole way.

Your family’s own creations: aromatherapy Play-Doh, a wellness bookmark, a personalized roller bottle and a relaxing bath blend, plus practical wellness tips to use at home.

Just your family and your questions. Everything for the activities, stations and the Roller Bottle Make & Take is provided. Bring your kids’ essentials (water, snacks, diapers) as you normally would.
