Meet Claudia

Hi, I’m Claudia — the founder and the heart behind Mom Era Social.

I became a mom around the same time the pandemic hit, while also transitioning into fully remote work from home. Most days were spent talking to a baby or toddler, feeling disconnected from movement, community, and far away from close friends and family.

Then after having my second baby, we moved to a different city, and that feeling of starting over and craving connection became even more real.

Motherhood can feel beautiful, fulfilling, lonely, and isolating all at once — and I realized I couldn’t be the only mom feeling that way.

I craved deeper connection, honest conversations, movement, support, and friendships with women who truly understood this season of life. So I decided to create the kind of space I personally needed.

Mom Era Social was created to bring moms together to connect, feel supported, rediscover themselves, move their bodies, grow through motherhood together, and build meaningful friendships along the way.
