No, this specific event is completely free to attend! Occasionally, we will host special events or collaborations with a fee, but all details will be always be shared in advance.

Not at all! This class is designed for all fitness and experience levels. Whether you have a regular practice or this is your very first yoga class, you're welcome here. The goal is simply to move your body, breathe, and enjoy time with other local moms.

This class is just for moms. We love the little ones, but this event is designed to give moms 90 minutes to themselves, to move, recharge, and connect with other local moms. You deserve it!

For this specific event it is Moms Only, we want moms to have a time for themselves. At Mom Era Social, some events will be moms only while others will be kid friendly. We will always let you know beforehand.

Come as you are, but we recommend comfortable clothes you can stretch and move in. Most of our events will be casual and comfortable.

We recommend a yoga mat, a water bottle and a small towel if you'd like. If you don't have a mat, just let us know when you register and we'll do our best to have one for you.

The class will be held indoors in the studio at Kula Wellness in Port Charlotte, so you'll be comfortable and out of the heat.

Every pregnancy is unique, so we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before participating in any fitness activity. Please feel free to move at your own pace and take breaks when needed.

Yes, please register in advance. Space in the studio is limited and registering helps us make sure there's a spot on the floor for you.
