Mom Era Social (“Mom Era Social,” “we,” “us”) runs community events and memberships for moms in Southwest Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through momerasocial.com, events.momerasocial.com, our event registration forms and our events, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number and city.
- Registration and membership details, such as the events you register for, the number of guests and children attending, ticket and membership choices, and answers you give on our forms.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Photos and video taken at our events, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited and device or browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To register you for events, check you in, and run raffles and activities.
- To manage memberships, process payments and send receipts.
- To send you event updates, reminders and, if you opt in, news about upcoming events.
- To answer your questions and improve our events and website.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text message box on one of our forms or event registrations, you agree to receive text messages from Mom Era Social about events you registered for, schedules, reminders, raffle results, ticketed activity and membership updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@momerasocial.com.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Mom Era Social, such as our event registration and ticketing platform (Flagship Events), payment processing (Stripe), email and text message delivery, and our customer relationship tools. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our members and guests.
Children
Our events welcome families. We collect children’s first names and ages only from a parent or guardian, and only to plan and run events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@momerasocial.com.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
