& Photo/Video Release

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in any event, gathering, workshop, or activity organized by Mom Era Social ("Mom Era," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Attendee," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, Event Waiver, and Photo/Video Release ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all attendees, including guests and any children or minors accompanying you. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not attend our events.

Event Attendance

Mom Era Social events are community gatherings open to moms, parents, and family-friendly guests as specified per event. By registering you confirm that:

• You meet any age or eligibility requirements stated for the specific event.
• You will arrive on time and behave in a manner consistent with our community values.
• You understand that event details (venue, time, schedule) may change and that Mom Era Social will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.
• Tickets, RSVPs, and registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Mom Era Social reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms or disrupts the event environment.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending any Mom Era Social event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical activities, fitness classes, dance sessions, or movement-based programming
• Travel to and from the event venue
• Interactions with other attendees, vendors, or staff
• Consumption of food or beverages provided at the event
• Any activities involving children or minors in attendance

This release applies to claims arising from negligence, accidental injury, illness, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Mom Era Social.

Code of Conduct

Mom Era Social is a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community. All attendees are expected to:

• Treat all participants, volunteers, and staff with respect and kindness
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidating behavior of any kind
• Respect the venue, equipment, and personal belongings of others
• Follow any posted venue rules or instructions given by event staff
• Supervise any children or minors in their care at all times

Mom Era Social reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for violations of this code of conduct.

Photo & Video Release

You hereby grant Mom Era Social and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to:

• Photograph, film, video record, and capture your image, voice, and likeness at any Mom Era Social event
• Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and display such content across all media channels, including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), websites, email marketing, print materials, advertisements, and promotional content
• Use such content for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose related to the promotion of Mom Era Social and its events

This release applies to all photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other media captured during the event, whether by Mom Era Social staff, volunteers, hired photographers/videographers, or other attendees sharing content tagged with Mom Era Social.

You waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for any use of your image or likeness as described above.

Mom Era Social agrees to use captured content responsibly and in a manner consistent with its community values. If you have specific concerns about content featuring you, please contact us at the address below and we will address them on a case-by-case basis.

Children & Guests

If you bring children or other guests to a Mom Era Social event:

• You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor in your care, or that you have obtained full parental/guardian consent for their attendance
• You accept full responsibility for the safety, supervision, and behavior of all minors accompanying you
• The Photo & Video Release in Section 05 above applies equally to all minors in your care. By bringing a minor to any Mom Era Social event, you expressly grant Mom Era Social all the rights described in Section 05 with respect to that minor's image and likeness
• You acknowledge that Mom Era Social events may include physical activity and that you assume all risk on behalf of minors in your care

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, event materials, and original programming created by Mom Era Social are the exclusive property of Mom Era Social. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

Any content you voluntarily share, post, or tag on social media related to Mom Era Social events grants us the right to reshare, repost, or feature your content with credit.

Privacy

We collect registration information (name, email, and related details) to process your event attendance and communicate with you about Mom Era Social events and updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By registering for an event, you consent to receiving event-related communications from Mom Era Social. You may opt out at any time.

Changes to Terms

Mom Era Social reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued attendance at Mom Era Social events constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
